THE RESOLUTION OF THIS PROBLEM IN THIS POST IS DIRECTLY RELATED TO SYSTEMS RUNNING ARECA RAID CONTROLLERS BUT MAY APPLY TO OTHER SYSTEMS REQUIRING DISK RELATED DRIVERS.
